1. SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description: 

• Develop new business opportunities across SMI/SME marketplace
• Manage and grow the existing customer base
• To maintain and renew all key advertisers assigned and solicit for new customers
• To meet and exceed the assigned sales target
• To ensure and provide good customer service to all advertisers (during and after sales)

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years working experience in sales
• Possess own transport with valid driving license
• Good presentation & communication skills in English
• Knowledge in Bahasa Malaysia and dialects is a bonus
• Self motivated, independent, good interpersonal skills and result oriented person
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens

2. EXECUTIVE, ANALYTICS

• Perform Data and Customer analytics for Churn and Retention.
• Develop and execute predictive target models for both customer retentions and cross sell
• Build and maintain a propensity model library
• Operational campaign analysis and reporting of direct campaign effectiveness, including retention
• Monitoring the effectiveness of spend of subscriber retention budget and all campaign analytics activity
• Valuation of opportunities for new targeting or analytic solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Admin/Marketing/Investment Analysis/Statistic
• Minimum 3 years experience in analytics or qualitative research
• Preferably with knowledge in SPSS. Experience in data analytics / data mining is an advantage
• Experience in tracking studies and able to translate findings into relevant business and strategic recommendations

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Manage analytical targeting environment and data sets associated with framework for the retention of customers

3. SENIOR JAVA DEVELOPER

- Responsibilities

codes, tests & debug programs, maintains & document programs according to standards.

- Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or Java related certification or internshipor equivalent.
• Minimum 3 year working experience in software development
• Knows software coding techniques (e.g. Structured programming, modular programming, etc) and development tools in order to perform well defined coding tasks within a software program
• Knows techniques for eliciting requirements sufficient to understand the context of software problems and to perform requirements research

Experience in web based software development technical Skill

• JAVA programming
• Framework: spring & hibernate
• Database: Oracle
• OS (Linux)
• IDE using Net bean or MS Visual Studio
• SQL / DB2 Database programming
• Software Testing.
• Eclipse/Android development skills an advantage
