Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for building, managing, acquiring and identifying mortgage business opportunities to achieve targets and drive business to new heights.
- Act as a catalyst to penetrate real estate and developer channels to achieve good relationship with these parties.
- Coach, develop, and motivate sales teams to fully realise their potential and maximise sales opportunities for the bank.
- Execute sales strategies, plans and programmes effectively to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Develop, review, monitor and recommend enhancement to loan product designs and services.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Financial Services or equivalent.
- Contract position(s) available.
