JOB DESCRIPTION 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the implementation of strategic plans for KWAP’s business development, growth and expansion and supervise the translation of key strategies into detailed action plans.
• Facilitate the implementation of KWAP’s Corporate Scorecard, monitor and track the implementation progress and activities outlined in the Corporate Scorecard.
• Engage in market research, benchmarking for industry and competitor analysis to facilitate business planning and strategy formulation process.
• Assist in the preparation of KWAP’s Business Plan.
• Assist the supervisor to monitor the progress and implementation of relevant projects.
• To facilitate and organize management visits.
• Produce periodic e-newsletters containing updates and latest developments on pension industry.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Studies.
• Possess 1-2 years of hands-on experience in executing corporate strategy projects.
• Analytical with strong attention to detail and good problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong command in written and spoken English

Our main business functions are to manage contributions from the Federal Government, Statutory Bodies, Local Authorities as well as administration, management and investment of the fund in equity, fixed income securities, money market instruments and other forms of investment as permitted under the Malaysian Retirement Fund Act (Act 662).
